Isn't it time you took control of your life and got back in shape? See a newer you in only 6 weeks. Apollo Bootcamp will be starting on Saturday, October 3rd! All fitness levels are welcome! Apollo has arranged to have you put through your paces by Barb Turner, a certified personal trainer through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology. She also has a degree in injury assessment/rehabilitation and exercise prescription and has 25 years of competing in elite level sports. She's played three sports at the national level. We think she can get you into shape. Our bootcamp will be one hour of high intensity interval training. We will be doing stations that will allow you to push yourself as hard as you want. The bootcamp will have muscle isolation and full body exercises in a fun and welcoming environment.

EQUIPMENT

  • Dress in layers and running shoes
  • Bring plenty of water
  • Bring payment in cash to the first session

REGISTRATION

  • You must register ASAP with your name and contact information to Gordon at Bootcamp
  • (Drop ins may be permitted after October 17 if space permits)
