Bootcamp

Workouts don't have to be scary. You won't find any screaming at Apollo's Fun Bootcamp...unless you want to!

Apollo's Bootcamp offers a fun and supportive environment for all fitness levels. Whether you're novice to expert, it's a dynamic and friendly atmosphere to learn new skills, challenge your current fitness goals and to socialize with peers. All bootcamps are instructed by certified personal trainers.

Classes are at PlatoonFX, a fitness facility for indoor and outdoor bootcamps, personal training and nutrition and health related counselling. The building is shared with MMA University which offers mixed martial arts. Apollo is getting exclusive access.

Schedule:	There are two classes per week: Tuesday from 7:00pm-8:00pm Thursday from 7:00pm-8:00pm
Location:	Platoon FX, 1351 Aviation Park NE, just off Deerfoot near McKnight Open large map

Registration and Fees

1) You must be a current Apollo member to participate in Apollo Bootcamp. Membership is $20 for one year and allows you to participate in any Apollo sports. You can buy the membership with the sport director when you go to Bootcamp or online at MyApollo.

2) A 10-visit punch card valid at PlatoonFX anytime can be purchased for $120.00.

3) For $84.00 (including tax), you can purchase a monthly membership for PlatoonFX. This will give you full access to the facility and classes including Apollo's bootcamp.
